Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
Top Critical ReviewI made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Good location. Hotel exceeded expectations. Modern, well maintained, Very clean and very comfortable, good Breakfast. Only complaint was no gin in their bar! (If they are going to sell alcohol the range needs to be better.) This site offered best price too.

However the service at the Windsor Hotel has deteriorated considerably, Shower head fell off and nearly broke my foot, no apology received and the breakfast which used to be good is now hardly worth having, soggy bacon, stale eggs, no hash browns or mushrooms, cordial instead of fruit juice, poor selection of Sushi the list goes on. Will not stay there again *** max

I did have a little trouble getting a hold of their customer service line, but if you wait they will eventually answer and are very nice.

5 helpful votesI waited on hold for 1 hour and 43 minutes before they answered the phone. Their cancellation policy is very steep. They would not accept any changes or cancellations within 7 days of reservation date. I will never use this website again.
0 helpful votesGreat value stay, lovely room, on suite & a really comfortable bed. Only one little thing, although very busy at breakfast it was noticeable how long it took for bacon etc to be replenished. Lucky for us that morning we were not in a rush to leave the hotel.
0 helpful votesGreat location in Brooklyn for shopping, getting to city. Easy Uber pick up. Room was nice, but needs some TLC, dirty carpet. Elevators were slow for the amount of floors and guests. I would stay there again.

Perfect location just 15 mins from the town centre with a fantastic private garden, large but simple rooms, extensive buffet breakfast and outstanding and friendly service where nothing is too much bother. The reception staff will recommend and call any restaurant or locale for you and guide you to the best experience in Bologna. I will come again.

The Thyme restaurant offers first class food at very reasonable prices.
The staff are all extremely pleasant, making the experience really enjoyable.
Excellent service and received an upgrade on arrival so really happy. Staff could not be faulted in all aspects of the service. Hotel very centrally located and nothing too much trouble. High quality furnishings and will definitely return.

I also received a follow up call following that, which I greatly appreciate. I can now look forward to my vacation and hope there will be no issues at the hotel.
I have booked and paid for a room. Been trying to contact them since June for amendment of date. No reply to my multiple emails, no answer to my multiple calls. No rely on FB messenger either. Spend over SG$100 on phone call, was just put on hold by the recorded operator. I tried calling their hotline in Switzerland, France, Hong Kong and US, same result. I tried emailing them using multiple email addresses, same result. What a disappointment!
